These Terms of Use govern access to kittysploit.com, the public Modules API documentation, and related KittySploit product surfaces operated by IO Technology SIA (“KittySploit”, “we”, “us”).
By using the website or KittySploit Reports, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
02Open-source Framework
The KittySploit Framework and many associated tools are released under the MIT License. Open-source licensing terms apply to that software separately from these website Terms.
You are solely responsible for how you install, configure and use the Framework, including compliance with applicable law and customer authorization.
03Marketplace and catalog
The Marketplace and module catalog help you discover extensions and modules. Listings may include first-party and third-party content. We do not guarantee availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted catalog sync.
Paid Marketplace items, if offered, are subject to the purchase flow and any additional terms shown at checkout.
04KittySploit Reports (SaaS)
KittySploit Reports is an optional paid SaaS product for structuring findings and generating professional reports. Pricing shown on the website may change; the price applicable to your account is the one confirmed at purchase or renewal.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled according to the billing provider flow.
- Project content is designed to be end-to-end encrypted in the browser before storage. You remain responsible for passphrase management and access control within your team.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal or operational risk.
05Acceptable use
KittySploit products are intended for authorized security testing and legitimate defensive work only.
You must not use KittySploit to attack systems without explicit permission, to violate law, to distribute malware for harm, or to abuse infrastructure (including scraping, overload or unauthorized access to KittySploit services).
06Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
07Disclaimers and liability
The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KittySploit disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KittySploit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business interruption arising from use of the Framework, Marketplace, website or Reports SaaS.
